I used to be working out for muscle mass – taking protein after working out – now i am working out for fat loss ( more reps, less weight, less time between sets, cardio after working out, is there anything else i can do to transform a muscle mass workout to a fat loss workout? I want to take a fat loss supplement but i do not wan’t to lose everything iv’e already gained. I am 6’2″ and i weigh 200 lbs. I was about 175 2 months ago and im trying to cut off some of the fat i gained with the muscle i have added. Most of the weight iv’e gained is muscle but the fat is slowing me down a little bit.

I am working out at the gym, have been going for 2 weeks and already getting amazing results. I have been using whey protein shakes right after the gym every time i go. i am going to start creatine next week.
