I’m not naive enough to think that there are any tablets that will help weight loss without eating properly, and exercising more regularly, but am interested to know of anything that might help the process on a bit when combined with eating right, and exercising.
For example, appetite suppressants, fat metabolisers etc.
Some, if not all, of these fat loss pills seem like diuretics and creatine pulls water into the muscles so I’m confused.
I’m asking because with my new mass diet, I noticed that my face and stomach are expanding.

I am working out at the gym, have been going for 2 weeks and already getting amazing results. I have been using whey protein shakes right after the gym every time i go. i am going to start creatine next week. I have some stomach fat/gut, and some love handles. i weight 160 pounds and i am 5’6″…i was wondering if i could use the weight loss pills to make my fat drop off fast. would the pills work and can i use it with the creatine?
