I work out several times a week and would like to begin taking a muscle gaining/fat loss supplement like “No-Explode”, “Syntha Six”, “Myoplex” etc..etc..
I used to take Ripped Fuel some time back, and it worked great, but it made my reflux really bad.
Each day is 45min-1 hour of hard weight training- 4-5x a week
30-40 minutes of cardio- 4-5x a week
calories: I’m 160 pounds. eat 2100, workout burns 550-650 caloires.
this is for fat loss.
On non workout days I increase calories to about 3000 for rebuilding a bulking up the muscle.
good approach or bad? I’ve had seen some muscle gain, but fat percentage is same.
I work out everyday and burn about 500 calories while biking, and running. I lift weights to help my arms build muscle, but not a lot of weight, maybe about 10 lbs each arm.
i eat a normal healthy diet, i don’t wanna starve myself.
How can i increase fat loss and weight gain without really trying?
thanks
I have been lifting weights over the last couple of months and I am starting to get serious. Will lifting heavy weights and running/other cardio result in muscle gain and fat loss?
I’m not fat, but I do have a little bit of a belly that is noticeable whenever I sit down (comes over the edge of my pants) that I’d like to get rid of. I’m wondering if, in my case, it makes more sense to get on a fat loss program or a muscle building program.
I’m a 19 year old male.
Can anyone help to answer me, how can i increase fat loss and muscle growth?
How someone views weight loss and fat loss will have a huge bearing on their attempts to become leaner. To many, weight loss and fat loss are viewed as the same and often are used interchangeably in normal, every-day conversation without complication. But for many a distinction needs to be made.
Fat loss can be defined as a reduction in body fat only and can change even when total body weight remains the same. For
